A family pie-making tradition translated into a booming business! Many of the recipes we use came from our grandmother and mother. They are totally hand made pies, quiche and cookies. Our ingredients are fresh…all the fillings we make. Perfect flaky, made with butter, homemade crust. Imagine – a nutmeg and butter-scented aroma wafting from the kitchen. Visualize layer upon layer of succulent sliced apples between flaky, homemade crusts…perfect pie!
About the Owners- We are a small neighborhood bakery made up of people who love PIE and love to bake! Growing up as sisters in the midwest (small town, USA), we were privileged to know what real pie looks and tastes like. Pies were always a part of our family gatherings. To keep the tradition alive we felt compelled to share it with others. We opened our pie bakery in 2005 with the help of a pie master, our mom.
